Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital Goods Nature

Shadi Patrika provides digital wedding invitations. Due to the immediate access and digital nature of our service, we generally do not offer refunds or cancellations once a plan is purchased and the digital card is successfully generated.

2. Exceptions for Refund

We value your experience. A refund will only be processed under the following circumstances:

• Your payment was successfully deducted from your bank account, but our system failed to upgrade your plan due to a technical server error.
• Multiple accidental deductions occurred for the same transaction.

3. Refund Processing Time

If your refund request is approved, the refund will be initiated immediately from our end. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank's processing time.
